Richard A. Dziadzio, 76, died peacefully on Saturday, February 2, 2019.

Dick was the Director of the Broadcast Division for 42 years here at Valley Communications. He was also a motion picture operator for local theaters. Dick was a graduate of Western New England College and a proud Air Force Veteran.

Dick was a vital member of the Valley team since he started in 1967. He will be missed by all his friends, co-workers and loved ones.

Ben and Jerry's ice cream tour screening room

Time to enjoy a Ben and Jerry’s ice cream. While visiting the Ben and Jerry’s Factory in Waterbury, Vermont, be sure to take the 30-minute guided ice cream tour. It is fun and educational for all ages. You will be given the opportunity to learn about their ice cream manufacturing process and explain how they incorporate values-led decisions that drive their business. Part of the tour features a video presentation including the history of Ben and Jerry’s as well as their current operations.

The screening room was recently given an upgrade, featuring a laser projector - the latest in technology from NEC.
