By the end of the workshop, you'll be comfortable with the SMART Board interactive whiteboard and ready to start using it in your classroom. |

Workshop Description
This workshop is led by a SMART Certified trainer who works with SMART products every day. This four-hour workshop will introduce you to the basics of the SMART board interactive whiteboard and the Notebook Software. You will learn how to use and operate the interactive whiteboard more effectively, how to work with applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint on your SMART Board, and how to use and manipulate Notebook software to create presentations that are enriched with graphic detail and interactivity. Participants will receive a SMART Notebook Level-1 Workbook, which includes reference material, step-by- step activities and review exercises. The workbook is used during the session and is ideal for future reference. By the end of the workshop, you'll be comfortable with the SMART interactive whiteboard and Notebook software, and know how to use them in your classroom. |

This workshop is led by a SMART Certified trainer who works with SMART products every day. This hands-on workshop is designed to help class participants become comfortable with the hardware basics of the SMART board interactive whiteboard and all of the aspects of the Notebook Software. In this class you will learn how to use and operate the interactive whiteboard more effectively and how to work with applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint on your SMART Board. All of the features and tools within the Notebook Software are demonstrated and participants are encouraged to practice each activity as it is demonstrated. Participants will receive a SMART Notebook Level-1 Workbook, which includes reference material, step-by-step activities and review exercises. The workbook is used during the session and is ideal for future reference. By the end of the workshop, you'll be proficient with the SMART interactive whiteboard and Notebook software, and know how to use them in your classroom. |
